I'm running DNN 4.9.4. When I click "Show custom editor options" the appropriate window pops up, but the toolbar choices are not there. It seems like maybe the problem is with my FCK settings in web.config, so I tried to set them very simply:  AvailableToolBarSets="DNNDefault,Basic" DefaultToolbarSet="Basic." I double checked to make sure that those toolbar sets are defined in Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/Custom/fckconfig.js.

I get this error in the Event Viewer when I click Show custom editor options:

When I try to change from instance to module settings, the Custom Editor is replaced by the error screen that says
Object reference not set to an instance of an object and I see the following error in the event viewer:

I found the install files for FCK editor 2.0.3 at http://dnnfckeditor.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=21355. The directions worked well, and reinstalling seems to have fixed my problem.
