Hello,

After upgrading my site to DNN 5.1.1 everything worked well for about two to three weeks. After that, my website then displayed the "Upgrading DotNetNuke" page once again.

The page reports no errors but I cannot get pass that page. The site keeps looping back and rerunning the upgrade when I hit "Click Here To Access Your Portal".

You can see this in action here: http://www.chriskoeber.com

What can I do to resolve this?

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Christopher Koeber

there seem permissions missing for the ASP.net account ("Network Service" by default), e.g. for web.config file and config folder.

I tried changing the permissions to no avail. I am still having the same issue. Is there something stuck in the database that could be causing this? Like a field that needs to be set?

Thank you for the quick reply.
