I still don't see why these menu items should be on level 0, if they are you are making things a lot more complicated, if not nearly impossible - - - - The reason is in the breadcrum it should display:

 

Home >> About A >> Internal Page

 

but not

Home >> About Us >> About A >> Internal Page

 

I hope you get my point.

Hi

dnndoneright.com has a skinobject that let you do this,  i think the mega menu does what you want

Or you can use your own css like i did here ( also uses dnndoneright) -

Then the answer to you question is no.

Without custom programming you cannot have the page structure in the menu different from the breadcrumb.

You can try a XSLT based menu like the one Armand mentions, but I wonder if it solves your menu structure / breadcrumb problem.
