After copying the relevant parts of my web.config, connection strings, object qualifier, and keys, I uploaded everything and the installer ran just fine.  However when I clicked the link to go to my portal I get the yellow screen of death.  Upon setting custom errors to Off it told me that it was unable to load system.web.extensions or one of it's dependencies.  To get around this I had to copy system.web.extensions.dll from my PC up to my server in the /bin folder.  It appears to be working OK now.  However, I shouldn't have had to copy that file.  What changed between 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 that would require this?

when upgrading FROM DNN >= Version 4.6.2, do not touch web.config file manually, please.
