I agree on Feedback Designer, it was a simple little module that was worth the small fee, but the licensing model changed without any added value.  Plus, in 5.x, forms and Lists does it all for you.

Good point about the licensing model. We weren't thrilled with the lack of an enterprise license, but the bulk discount wasn't too awfully painful. I'll have to look at the forms and Lists option, as we implemented CFD when we were working primarily with 4.9.x sites.
