When some jQuery-dependent code I had written failed on another user's computer, I initially marked it up to a difference between browsers.  But later I discovered that DNN (05.01.00) loads jQuery only when I am logged on as Host.  If I browse my site anonymously, or log in as a different user, jQuery is not added to my pages.

I can't find a setting in the Host/Host Settings page that would seem to control this behavior.  How can I make jQuery load at all times?

I agree you should be able to turn on JQuery for all pages using a checkbox in the host settings. Please log this as a feature request at support.dotnetnuke.com & see if you can get it added.

A temp solution is to enable widgets (ADMIN > SITE SETTINGS > APPEARANCE > ENABLE SKIN WIDGETS). This will add JQuery to every page. The only issue is that some admins may turn it off & kill your site :(
