Can F and L let me create an applicant form where I can have some fields hidden and only for Administrators to comment on that applicant?  For example I have a form created and I created an admin textarea field, can I hide this field from the form and show it only when you can edit the submitted applicants?  If so please explain how.  Also Can a list be created independantly from the form and still manipulate that form's data?

  • Enable "Restricted form Field". Tese fields are only editable with a matching permission
  • Yes. You can "add existing modules" on other pages. form/List settings are per instance, though you share the data.

Is the only way to filter the list columns in list view within the xsl or a stored proc?

Restricted form fields are supported in grid rendering as well

To filter records, you may enter a filter statement inside the configuration, this can be used per page reference of the module.
