With all the great advice I've received on here so far I thought I'd ask the experts again. I've currently amended the ManageTabs.ascx file as I need to make some core changes. This has worked however I'm now wanting to amend the Permissions Grid/Matrix. What I'm wanting to do is set the permissions to be the same as the parent tab when a new page is created depending on the UserRole (IE an non Admin role can't change or set the permissions). The grid will be hidden from view using CSS however what is rendered to the page must have the permissions of the parent tab.

Now I'm going to reload the grid when the ParentPage select menu is changed and I'm using the following code to hide the grid from the interface

Does anyone have any ideas where I should start looking? I'm currently investigating the ShowPermissions Sub. I know it's a core change but thats the way I have to do it for this job.
