Hi, I've updated my site from 5.1.1 to 5.1.2. With this upgrade to I can't log in. My admin and host login does not work - It's not that I have forgotten or changed it (i'm sure)... don't know why this has happened?

Any way I can find out what the password is, so I can access my site? Maybe via the files on the server? I can still access my site via ftp.

Please help. Thank you!

I had the same issue and resolved it by fixing my web config.  Under <system.web>, there is a node called machineKey.

Make sure that matches what was in your old webconfig (that fixed it for me - hope that helps).
    <machineKey validationKey="<key>" decryptionKey="<key>" decryption="..." validation="..." />
