 So,

I upgraded my test server and everything seemed fine.

Used the same upgrade patch, and the live-server is doing good too.  All the sites came live.

Then, now I check to install a new skin, and in the Admin, i don't see the "Extensions" menu or in Hosts.  I also can't bring up Skins and get errors.  I imagine these are settings/links that changes in 5.1 but somehow my old sites didn't see the upgrade.

How do i get this to work? please help.

I have the same problem.  Have tried posting on similar threads, and have not gotten a solution.  Wish I knew enough to do a 5.1.2 install instead of upgrade, but keep the existing database.
