I just tested the new events module by creating an event calendar on a child portal to see if you could roll the events up to a master calendar on the parent portal.  It does not appear that it is possible to use the new subcalendar feature from a child to a parent portal.  This is really what I need it to do.  I have a school district office with schools that need to be child portals but I need to rollup all school calendars to the district master calendar.

Is this functionality already there and I am just missing how to do it?

If not is there an easy to explain "behind the scenes" way to do this with the new events module by manipulating the code?

If not are there any school systems out there using DNN with master/sub calendaring that I could use as an example?

Any help is appreciated as I am trying to decide within the next two months between DNN and SchoolCenter (has integrated calendaring) which is commercial.
