Does anyone know of a media gallery module (video, photos, documents, etc.) where access can be limited by those who pay for it.  I mean they can pay to view specific videos.

I haven't found anything.  There must be something.  The large number or porn sites prove that.  I'm not doing a porn site, but they seem to be the most advanced for pay-per-view.

Along those lines, does anyone know of an ELearning module or module set that doesn't cost Thousands a pop, at least initially for a low number of users.

Actually the porn sites have led the way many times with new technology and techniques for the web.

You might try the Catalook shopping cart ( www.snowcovered.com - recently bought by DNN).  The cart offer product types that can be digital downloads or links.  And you can set the number of downloads allowed as well as the number of days accessable by the customer.  The links are in the customer's my Account after purchasing.
