I just did a clean install of DNN 5.01.02.  It went fine. However when I try to update the host or root portal settings I get an error:  I looked in the portal table and en-US is the default language.  However in the configuration page there is no language defintion available and it must pass a null back to the system for update.  What is wrong?

Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable.

I've found the same issue !!!
The latest zip DotNetNuke_Community_05.01.02_Install.zip is bugged !!
Upgrading from 5.0.1 there's no problem, but fresh 5.1.2 install does'nt work !

But you know, core team is English oriented... no multi language... :(

Yeah, you can't make any changes to the Site Settings without tripping this error.  How did this one get through?

There is a workaround posted in Gemini:

Good to know this problem is recognized.  For the time being I am just editing the tables in SQL to modifiy fields.  Will there be a system update issued in the near future I can install?  This seems like a pretty big and glaring problem.

Thanks.

I've seen that the problem is into installation wizard scripts but there's also a problem on admin/laguages page !

I've created some fresh instance 5.1.2 but admin/languages menu does not appear !
