We are developing our own inhouse modules, and would like to implement the same workflow pattern used in the DNN HTML Pro module (see DNN 5.1.1)

Can anyone suggest how we might acheive this?

Are there any DNN third party generic workflow engines that we could use in our module development?

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Paul.

Open dnn 5.1.1 database, there are 3 tables which related with Htm/Text module.

1.HtmlText table is used to store content, you will see fields like version/stateid/ispulbished, module use these field to decide which version should be displayed to public.
    2. HtmlTextLog/HtmlTextUsers are used to trace the modification history.

I think third party module can also follow these steps to implement a simple workflow. We have plan to build a news article module like this in next month.
