Latest version of SQLGridSelectedView V5.5. is now available from Tressleworks. 

SQLGridSelectedView is a SQL Grid display module that does allow templating and limited field editing.  Additionally the module allow access to database other than Dotnetnuke primary database - can be used with other MS SQL database, as well as Excel, MS Access, Orcale, MySQL, or and database that can be opened via a connection string.

SQLGridSelectedView also provides data selection filters such as text selection, date range, date list, and selection list based on a provided additonal SQL selection criteria.

Version 5.5 contains several minor bug fixes and addresses several issues in processing.  If you a working version of SGSV, there is no reason to upgrade unless you have an issue corrected below:

• Edit template accepts {0: ... } based formats
• Edit templates now handle all substitutions
• Correct issue when Print button pressed when templated used
• Correctly applies the LowerDetailClass to Lower detail of Record Count/Page Count/Time Stamp
• If no records found, template can display No Data Message instead of Template
• Corrected issue of multiple Summary lines after refresh
