Thanks to some outside help, we were able to locate the Time Zone Table under Host/Language.  I changed the UTC offset for Eastern Standard Time to account for DST, but it didn't make any difference in the export to vCal feature.  We even tried restarting the web server to no avail.

If anyone has any other options, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks,

Jody

The only fix at the moment is the code above. Even then, its only for US and not for Arizona, Indiana. So, you would have to modify the code in the Events module source and recompile.

FYI - I just created a new bug for this: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=3724

Is this ever going to be addressed? I filed the bug almost 3 months ago and it has gone completely untouched. Is development on the Events module dead?
