I'm trying to implement captcha  but I don't get the image when I'm in my development enviroment. This is the code I use:

on top:

the place where I want the captcha image:

On the place where an image is supposed to be, a cross appears.

When I paste the image url in the browser I get this:

Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HttpModules' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HttpModules' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The file DotNetNuke.HttpModules.dll is in the bin directory. When I install for instance the feedback module in my dev. env. the captcha for this works.

When I publish this module with the package tool provided in dnn and install this package into my test environment the image works.

Any idea what's going wrong?
