currently you have to use one of the available 3rd party solutions for localizing page properties (e.g. free http://ealo.codeplex.com) and multilingual modules.

Localization of content (Scheduled For 05.02.00) on roadmap

is that can be used for content management multilanguage

Yes, Content Localisation will provide multilingual properties for Portals, Pages and Module settings to be used by modules.

However, I wouldn't expect a full ML version included with DNN 5.2.0, especially there will be time needed by module teams to implement it.

I think you're right but will there be problems if I start working with the module ML and subsequently I use version CoreModuleML
