Hi,

I'm using the latest Events module on a 495 portal.  When I try to click on the Events Setting on the module, I get the following error:

Error: Module is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.Settings.LoadSettings() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I can add events and view events just fine, I just get the error when accessing the settings...I've tested by adding another events module to another page and can access the settings with no problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Thanks

Jerry

Your error does not give a lot of info to diagnose the issue.  When you access the settings and the error happens, go to the event viewer (admin > even viewer) and see if it has more information about the error and post it so we can see the full info.

That does not give much more info either.  So if you go to Host > Module Definitions and you check the version is it "05.00.02"?

Yes, it is version '05.00.02'...Is there a way I can export the items out of this module and put them in another instance of the event module?  I can add another events module to the page and get to it's settings....
