Please help with the following error.The upgrade was successful, however when i access the portal i get the following error

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Ditto...only with version 4.9.3 to 5.1.4 upgrade.
