Out of 500+ AD users, I have 1 (!!!) who - upon login - gets no content.  She sees menus and module titles, however no module content.  She is also not getting her additional menu items (in addition to those that all registered users get).  At first, I assumed it was an AD issue, so I double checked all of her groups.  However, everything on the AD end checks out.

That left me on the DNN end.  I've tried deleting her user out of DNN and then logging her back in, to no avail.  So, last first time this occurred, I grabbed her User ID and SID and deleted all of her user info out of the database.  However, after a week, the problem returned.

HELP!

Does this person have any kind of Admin rights on the site anywhere? It almost sounds like she's get stuck in Design mode.

She does, in fact, have admin rights in one section...  I didn't even think about design mode.  However, she doesn't see several of the additional pages/uttorials/documentation pages that I give my admins. I'll try copying and pasting some URL's that aren't listed under design mode.

If this turns out to be the solution, could I permanently disable design mode?

Mike, you are a genius!  That was precisely it.  Now, I'm off to figure out how to permanently disable design mode (it's pretty useless for anything I've ever thought I might use it for).
