Thanks Rick.  Spot on the money.  I did multiple installs on my Vista PC, 5.1 .0and 5.1.4 , thinking I had folder permission trouble.  I could run the Home page as the default page, not off the Breadcrumb, run Register, not Login, run Privacy, not Terms.  This fixed it.

Oh, that's great.  I didn't think that was actually the problem.  It doesn't appear to be a common knowledge bug yet, so quite a few people are stumbling on to it and are spending a lot of time trying to figure out what's wrong.  Glad it works for you now.  Simple solution, but hopefully the bug will eventually be fixed...
