Thank you stefan for your reply , but still having the problem i checked the setting it was not checked all the form and lists settings are unchecked,

Filter entry for markup code or script input. Note: filtering is always enabled for Anonymous users.

what is meant by anonymous users do it consider the admin as one??

 i also disabled Request Filter Settings in the host settings but nothing changed.

First of all i don't know how to thank you Stefan for your patience and time in examining , but if you mind one more try on this issue.

please give only the subscribed users the ability to edit records and kindly try the code again i think this time the problem will pop up.

Note i tried another site i have , the admin succeded but again the users didn't.

Please if you have any advices on hosting settings or admin>>sitesettings may be the problem in some wrong choices i did.

Sorry for this strange problem but i am sure you will get it.
