My server crash a few weeks back, did a complete restore from the previous nights image.  I have 3 portals running on this server but for some reason one of the sites will not load, get The connection was reset message.  Any idea why this will not load or what I can do to get it back.  Not getting any DNN messages and nothing is showing up in the IIS log for this site either.  Everything was working great until the server crash.  If you need more information let me know, I do not know what else to try.

did you validate file system permissions to ASP.Net account for restored files?

Check eventlog table in the database for details of an associated entry.
