DNN 5.1.2   Just started noticing this on Friday.  Any module I try to intall I am getting an error.   The errors are similar. 
So far this has occured with Reports 5.01 and forms and Lists 5.0.3

I have tried installing from Modules, and also copied the file and renamed it .resource to install as an existing extention.

Chris was this recently?  With DNN 5.1.2?
There is no error generated in the event viewer.   During either method of install.

I uninstalled forms and Lists after the first couple tries, removed the DB tables, and stored procedures.
During the install of forms and Lists it did create all the tables, and stored procedures but only copied a few of the files.
The Reports module install was an attempt at a simple upgrade from the previous version.

Before this started happening I had finished a sucessful upgrade of the DNN framework (4.9.4 -> 5.1.2), then upgraded to forms and Lists 5.0.0, and I installed AXON and DMX.  This was all within a week.

I have no access to the SA account for security reasons so this is a show stopper for me.

also, check out the database for limit reached (file size) and transaction log being properly truncated.

Check size of tables eventlog, schedulehistory and searchindexwordposition, as well as sitelog.
