Hi there, I'm new to Dnn. I bought a skin template and I would like to change the banner (on top). I made another banner same size, etc. and put it back into the file, zipped it and tried to upload it.

It gave me that error:

Did somebody have the same problem? It would be great to get some advice.

Many thanks,

Petra

You can replace files in a skin package. Assuming you replaced the original image file with a new file and did not change the name. Please accuarately check the original skin package with you adapted one.

there might be an issue as well with updated zip, I strongly suggest to unzip (hiearchically), edit files and rezip the folder in the same manner.

Hi guys,

thanks so much for your help! I kept the same name but I think it's the zipping problem. Will try again.

Bye,

Petra
