The source code for the 02.00.00 version is available on Codeplex but it hasn't been packaged up. If you look under the Source Code tab @ http://dnnauthopenid.codeplex.com you will see it.

Mark - did you ever get it to appear on your page - I am having the same problem - I have a site I have upgraded from some version of 4 to 5 and it seems fine on that one - even disabling it and reenabling there doesnt seem to break it - there seems to be something broken in 5.2 when you try to enable to open id

I even installed another provider for oAuth for Twitter and that works - so this seems to be something specific to the OpenAuth Provider packaged with new installs

Okay this seems to have somthing to do with the way DNN shows the little buttons and such for the providers that are active

I havent narowed it down but is there is other jQuery scripts on the page it seem to interfere with the login services piece running correctly - not sure if this will help or if I can hunt down the problem but maybe this will be a clue to the problems
