please be more specific, which of the errors above you are referring to.

the first one seems unable to retrieve the container, maybe due to missing file system permissions.

In order to find out what is the error you need to log in to your DNN portal and navigate to Admin->Event viewer. Error is going to be highlighted in red.

If that doesn't work, or, if, say, whole application crashes, you can temporary change your web.config file changing

CustomErrors="RemoteOnly"

to CustomErrors="Off"

hello ,
i have also face same problem and your solution does not help me.

":Error: Hello User is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleHost.LoadModuleControl() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---"

Hi,

I am newbie to dotnetnuke. I am trying to install DNN 6 with windows xp but it showing me follwing error.

"System.Web.HttpException: The current identity does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'."

Please help me.
