Hi

I've created a product search page which uses a multiview control inside an updatepanel.  I 've been told that i need back button functionality so i've tried to add history points.

ScriptManager objScriptManager = ScriptManager.GetCurrent(Page);
                objScriptManager.EnableHistory = true;

I tried the above code but i just get a Null Reference exception.  Is anyone able to point em in the right direction?

Simon

I managed to enable history by using:

DotNetNuke.Framework.AJAX.SetScriptManagerProperty(Page, "EnableHistory", new object[] { true });

I can't seem to use the same method however to set the OnNvaigate event...

is it true that there is no way to use the ajax-history-functionality with dotnetnuke?
Can anyone help?

i gave up in the end. I just looked at all the threads I created regarding this (on other sites) and none seem to have replies. I'm pretty sure you can do this though.
