We've determine that using a javascript can detect the user connection, we can reload a page or use Ajax to update your page automatically.   To get the facebook user’s current connect state, we must first initialize the Facebook Connect by calling FB.Connect.init. After this is initialized, we can call FB.Connect.get_status to determine the user’s state.

FB.Connect.init();
FB.Connect.get_status().waitUntilReady( function( status ) {
   switch ( status ) {
   case FB.ConnectState.connected:
      loggedIn = true;
      break;
   case FB.ConnectState.appNotAuthorized:
         FB.Connect.requireSession();
   case FB.ConnectState.userNotLoggedIn:
         FB.Connect.requireSession();
      loggedIn = false;
   }});

What we're attempting to accomplish is determining where to place this javasciprt to determine the user's connection and how to pass this along to the DNN menu to localize a menu and menuitems. ?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
