currently using dnn5.1.4 and using blog 3.5.1

After creating my blog, that little drop box for the  "view blog"does not work and so I can not access the  "module options" (see below).  In other words, I am unable to modify the setting below.  The dropbox work for all other modules, so I know its NOT my website/host problem.  Can someone tell me if that is a bug, or something changed, or...???  thanks

Make Entry Description Mandatory: When entering a blog entry, this setting forces the user to enter a description of their blog entry. This way when displaying the entry in a list or search results, a brief summary is displayed instead of the entire text of the entry.
Limit Blog Summary To: If the description field is not mandatory, you may want to limit the length of the entry that is displayed while displaying in a list. This way a single article will not dominate the list. This is particularly important when working with multiple user's blogs. To set no limit, enter a value of "0".
Limit Search Summary To: It is strongly suggested that during search operations you limit the length of the entry returned so that results can be scanned quickly.
Limit Upload Image Width To: You can limit the image width to a maximum with this option
Limit recent entries to: You can limit the number of entries for Most recent entries.
Limit Recent RSS entries to: You can limit the number of RSS entries for Most recent entries.

Show Blog Summary: If this option is enabled, the summary if available will be shown on the top of the single entry view.
Show unique title If you enable this option a blog specific title will be displayed in the title bar of the browser
Personal Blog Page Select the blog which should be used on this tab. For a general Blog page please don't select a specific Blog
Enable DNN Search

So what's the status of the latest version which will include the fix? The last one was from last year.
