Is it possible to skin the links module?

I would like to put two different links modules on a page and have them have different looks.

The background colour of one links module might need to be one colour and the other a different one. And perhaps I want to add  background colours that are different for each module. And the biggie is having one module have a cell spacing of 10 and the other not have any spacing so that the one that is spaced out gives a button like effect.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

To specify background color for a module, use different containers and select it in module settings.

If you need further skinning, this is currently not supported, but AFAIK the new Links team is working on great new features, maybe this is included?

Hi Kristian,

for backgrounds: working with containers as Sebastian suggested would do the job best.

If you want to customize the module via css please be sure to check out the new BETA relase on Codeplex first:

http://dnnlinks.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=34444

We 've implemented some additional features and got rid of the tables.

Cheers,

Jo
