Hi there,

I figured this error occurs after a failed attempt to install an additional language pack for a module that itself is not installed. e.g. if the "DNN_Announcements Português (Brasil)" (in my case) language pack  is checked in available language modules, but the Announcements module itself is not installed, upon selecting "Install Selected Extensions" the language pack won't be installed, and will continue to be listed under available language modules.

No error message of any sort will be displayed.....

But any further attempt to install additional packs will result in an exception.

However, if the language in case is disabled / enabled under admin / languages, apparently the error condition is reset and further attempts to install additional packs can be made (until one tries to install additional language packs for uninstalled modules again).
