Text/html modules are all broke. Version says 4.9.5

I upgraded today as well to the community version and now my settings page is not working as it says the language can not be NULL! I can not select a language in the drop down menu.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had this issue once. I had to go to Admin and then Languages. Selecte Edit Language and check the box for English to be enabled.

The problem I see is not related to English. All text/html modules crashed on re-entry. Other modules seem to be functional. I would hope not to lose all my content in the upgrade process, any ideas?

All of my text modules crashed as well with this error message. I'm waiting for a solution too.
