I'm not sure if I have discovered a hole, a bug, or if I simply have the thing misconfigured.  What I have discovered is that while making uploads available ONLY to admin (obviously) and resgistered users ONLY, you may simply copy the url (once in the upload page) logout and paste the URL into the browser.  While Logged out, I can access the upload page for the Module and actually submit the file!  It sits waiting for approval but the file gets uploaded without verification of user login!  Running DNN 3.2.2 and latest repository ver.

It's a hole/bug and I've posted it to Gemini http://support.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?p=22&i=2872. Thanks for letting us know.
