I just installed (using the Install package) Community Edition 5.1.2

Everything seems OK, except that no languages are installed on the host.  This makes it imposible to edit portals, as the default language cannot be Null, which prevents saving any changes.

I thought, 'OK, I'll just get the language pack and install it' - but there doesn't seem to be a way to get an 'English - US' package.

I tried upgrading to 5.1.4 (Using the Update package), but this made no change to the language.

How do I enable the default language? Can I just insert a row in the database somewhere?

Thanks in Advance!

I did a fresh install using the 5.1.4 Install package and selecting the "Custom Install" option.

When I got to the languages panel, the installer reported "There are no languages to install", but when I logged in as host to edit protal setting, the default language, "English - United States" was available.

On my original install I used the "Default Install" rather than Custom.  I don't know if that made a difference or if I just got unlucky on the first install.

Anyway, a new install has resolved my problem.
