i'm using a skin that has the "search web" and "search site" radio buttons beside the search box. i'd like to remove the verbage and the radio buttons and just have the search box and have it default to search only my site.

i've found, in XML settings where you can turn the verbage on or off but they are actualy still there, taking up valuable space, just invisible. does anyone know how i can actually remove the verbage completely?

You can change the skinobject in the skin. to put in theis values.

An other option is use the skin designer at the bottom of the skin page. The values are:

UseDropDownList

="false" ShowSite="False" ShowWeb="False"

problem is......

if i say "ShowSite=false" it does in fact make it invisible. BUT...it's actually still there....taking up space. if you take your mouse and hold down the left mouse button as you slide your cursor across the space.....they can be seen
