I'm trying to customize the blog slightly, but I can't figure out what to modify.  Seems the obvious choice would be the module.css but that doesn't seem to change anything and I can't figure out what is controling the style.  On the main page that lists the Blog List, Blog View, Blog Search:

• The title link for the blog post is hyperlink (that takes you to the main thread).  I'd like to increase the font size of this title, make it bold, and change the hyperlink color to match my skin.  Changing the h2.blog_title class in the module.css does nothing (though it does effect the main thread after you click through).
• When a link is posted in the blog, I want it to open into a new tab/window (instead of taking people off the site).  Is there any easy option for this, or do I need to modify the blogview.aspx or something?
• The Blog_List is unexpanded by default.  Any way to change this to expanded by default when you go to the main page?  I've tried to set the Visible="True" in the bloglist.aspx but it doesn't fix it.
• Hyperlinks in the blog module are using the default colors of DNN (red), instead of my skin defined color (orange).  I can't find where this red hyperlink is define and how to change it.
