I am in the midst of the Community install and when I test the database connection I receive the following error (which I think has something to do with the network service account permissions; BTW the authentication is set to Windows and SQL)

Index #: 0
Source: .Net SqlClient Data Provider
Class: 20
Number: 53
Message: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

Surely, there is a simple solution to this problem. Thanks

The simple solution is to fix the permissions with SQL to match the connection string.  Easiest is to use a specific SQL user and password, but it all depends on what you want to do or are allowed to do.
