I am new to DNN using the cummunity edition. When I used Wiki extension, in settings I found that the comments and ratings options are disabled. How can I activate Page Comments and Page Ratings.

you can enable comments and ratings at the bottom of "module settings".

Sebastian is correct, the Module Settings will enable comments and ratings. Unfortunately in the current release and the forthcoming 4.2.0 release there is an issue that once comments/ratings are enabled they are not configured by default for new Wiki entries, that will be addressed in another release.

Are you sure that module settings have comment and rating option?

I can't find it at the bottom of module settings.
