Michael that is correct - that's how I base my theming and large skin set management to run in one folder only.

EG I have 60 skin files that make up the XDMediaMadness theme pack - but changing the content pane width is done from the skin.css file, whereas running the different menu color backgrounds is run from specific CSS files that relate usually to the name.

In my opinion, this is a best practices effort where companies or hosting can provide a huge variety of themes but without the many many folders of skins and containers that need to be uploaded.

But again, that's just my opinion.  The skinning engine that runs DotNetNuke, along with the use of SkinObjects is simply fantastic. I'm learning new things every day.

I completely agree with you about having large theme packs. I love the way everything works, now; but, honestly, I kind of wish skins and containers were managed together. This way, you could have a Themes directory with a Skins and Containers directories underneath that. Skins and containers should be managed the same way - and not force both from one theme pack. Anyway, thanks for the intel. Can't wait to exploit this in my next skin.
