Mi,

Maybe rather basic, but can't find the solution to following "problem".

We are developing modules (C#) for our DNN installation (5.1.4) and after we finished developing we want to import the module into DNN.
Because we develop in C# we put an entry in the codeSubDirectories.

So far so good, but after the import the codeSubDirectories are modified by the import with another entry which can't be found. (OurCompany.modulename)

How can we solve this?

Grtz, Robin

I would recommend using the WAP - Web Application Project model for your module development. We do all our of development in C# at Engage and use the WAP templates for creating projects.

As for your current issue, how are you actually doing the "import"?

Are your namespaces setup correctly in all your files?

We create an DNN dynamic module (starter kit) to create our modules. As far as I can see all the namespaces are correct, search for  "YourCompany" only return DNN files.

The import is done in DNN (login as host) via module defenitions -> import module -> manifest and get my module

So in you Manifest file I would check to make sure all the files listed in there actually exist. I would also double check that if you've changed namespaces you have done it everywhere necessary.
