DNN 5+ Syntax Highlighter - Version 2 Release Notes:
-Complete re-write of the skin object to make upgrading to newer versions of syntax highlighter easier
-By default it includes all javascript files & css files separately (easier to upgraded for novices)
-Added UseCompressedVersion token (True or False) so that you can used merged/compressed javascript & css files (better performance if set to True)
-Added some batch files to automatically merge your javascript & css files for you (makes it easier to upgrade to newer versions)
-By default it now installs brushes for the following languages: C++, C#, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Plain Text, Power Shell, Sql, Vb/Vb.Net & Xml/HTML
-Skin Object tokens have been renamed (so that a module version can be added without conflict)
-Skin Object files have been moved to new directory/sub directories (so that a module version can be added without conflict & make it easier to upgrade)
-Fixed install bug
