Certain controls are suddently not becoming available. I have the following error when trying to access the FIle Manager.

Error: File Manager is currently unavailable.

The application is also having issues in other areas, such as adding user accounts, saying it has issues access the Windows Temp file directory.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

After I had instructed their Network Admin to re-start IIS, the problem went away. I'm not sure if this is an IIS issue or an application issue. DNN has never done this before on another project I worked on. They seem to have a non-standard windows 2003 server setup, such as the windows temp directory on an F:\, rather than C:\windows\temp.

Why would IIS continually have issues compiling the DNN controls?
