I have some forms that need to be fixed.  Currently the script is hosted off site with Zoho, and I want to have the forms all done inside, so there is no offsite scripting.

I was given this project, and all that I have is a hosted website running .net/.asp.    I was told by a .net/asp gal that the stuff was in .dotnetnuke.    I have done basic html work in the past and use Dreamweaver, but I am more of a design person that a scripting person.

I have three forms that need to be fixed, they are residing at this website,   www.jafortworth.org,  then click on Volunteers at the top and then forms,  you will see the three forms I need to redo.

So my question is do I need the source code, or can this be imported from the current host into the .donetnuke tool for editing?  And if anyone would be willing to take on this I am ready to pay $300.

Any advice on the direction to take would be appreciated.

Hi there

If you have host access I can certainly get this sorted for you, and in your control for the future (onsite etc).

Feel free to email me - david.toohey75@gmail.com

Browse the Forge area of this site and the Marketplace for "form" modules. There are several. You then install the new module on your instance of DotNetNuke and can then add an instance of the module to a page.

on DNN 5, you should be able to create a form using bundled module "form and List"

For DNN4 and 5, you may use free Helferlein form (www.helferlein.com) or a commercial forms module.
