Yes, the DotNetNuke version is the very old 04.03.03 (I am so afraid to do the upgrade: I would like to avoid problems! I not able to backup the site on the laptop)

and the User Account version is 1.0.0. Ow I can see the AD Provider version?

The version you're using was before the AD provider was separated from the DNN core so there won't be a version. And I don't think you're using it anyway now that I re-read your original post. I did a quick google on the error message you're getting. Could you take a look at this thread and see if the solution in there fixes your problem? http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/89/threadid/19415/scope/posts/Default.aspx

That said, you should really consider upgrading to at least the latest version of DNN 4 so that you're up to date on bug fixes and security fixes.
