Just open the DNN website in visual studio and add a new webform like with any other web app you're creating.

Thanks for the Quick reply Gii...,

I am able to add the page, but I have  another question now,

I am trying to call the page that I created in the DNN site, within DNN site. for example, I created a test.aspx page in the same folder where the default.aspx of DNN site is present.

I want to open the page test.aspx, when a user selectes or clicks on something in the DNN Site like a menu item.

Can you please tell me if I am asking for too much or it is a possiblity.

Thanks again,

Chandu

I am not sure where you are going w/ this or what you are trying to do but if you want to change all of dnn to use test.aspx that is one thing but if you want just some of it and things like the menu, i think you are fighting a long battle. I cannot think of a single reason why you would even want to do this unless changing the entire default.aspx to your new page name.
