Can someone please remind mehow to change height/font size/background color of the navigation bar at the top (for example where it says Products, Developments, Community, Support, Partners, News, About on this site?

Scott,

The settings for the navigation should be part of the skin.css or skinname.css (where skinname is the name of the current skin in use).

If you have the Firebug tool bar for Firefox or the Developer tool bar for IE you'll be able to find the CSS selectors quite easily by using their "Click an element to inspect" features.

Depending on who build the skin you're using, I'd expect the CSS file to be commented as well so check that and it might tell you what settings control the navigation.
