Hi,

This looks a lot like an empty container skin. Check to see if there's a module on the page with no title or content in it and then delete the module, or set it to not show it's container.

If not, and this is code that's been left as part of the skin, you'll be able to look at the code for the skin by downloading the .ascx file for it which should be in Portals/_default/Skins/SkinName (where SkinName is the name of the skin in use). You could then remove the above code.

When modifying the skin code remember to work from a copy of the skin file so you can reload the original file if you make a change and it breaks your portal.
