Hi,

What tables of these if any can I clear the data out of and how should I go about it? I am running low on Database space and need to free some up and this seems like a start.

I am getting this error:

Error Details

File  
Error   Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.easycgi_dnn_EventLog'.'PK_easycgi_dnn_EventLogMaster' in database 'xxxx' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

You don't want to clear eventlogtype afaik. The rest should do you no harm.

But of course, you always make sure there's a backup to restore when you're making changes to the database yourself, right?

NO, do not delete type or config tables.

you can safely clear:

- EventLog

- ScheduleHistory

- SiteLog

- SearchItemWordPosition, Searchitemwords, SearchWords

Also make sure, Database Transaction Log gets truncated frequently.
